Good Snowboarding around Bakersfield California?

Me and my family will be in bakersfield for 10 days and I would love to get out on a decent hill around the area for atleast one hopefully two days. I would really love to ride Bear Mountain because their parks are in basically every Snowboarding Movie i have but after using google maps it reads about a 3:45 drive and i doubt i would be able to get my parents to drive me out there as im only 18 and cant drive a rental car in the US. Does anyone local to the area know anything comprable more near Bakersfield? I would also love to get out to Mammoth or Lake Tahoe but thats way to far as this is not a snowboarding trip.. ANY SUGGESTIONS ARE APPRECIATED THANKS :)

bakersfield doesnt get snow unfortunatley. ur closest drives would be mammoth tahoe or bear. try to convince the fam is ur best bet.
