I LIVE I NYC IVE NEVER BEEN SNOWBOARDING BEFORE i want to plan a trip with a group of people.WHERE R GOOD LOCATION,RESORTS OR CABIN ETC THAT MAY BE AFFORDABLE & CLOSE

Killington, VT about 2.5 hours out of NYC. Has great runs for begginers and more advanced, and there is also a lot of night life in the area. Killington is a party mountain. Something more tame would be Stowe, VT about 3.5 hours from NYC. Good luck!!
