I am going to be the mad hatter in a mascot competition (snowboarding) what should I wear?

It is the roxy chicken jam in mammoth Lakes ca I don’t know what to wear? it has to fit over my snow pants i don’t need to where a jacket what should i where? and it is next week so i need to know in the next 48 hours thank you by!
