What is the correct course of action to take if a sell on ebay ship the wrong item?

I bought Shaun White Snowboarding for Xbox 360 on December 28th, opened up the package today and found Fable 2 inside. I’m unsure of what I should do to get the correct game.

Contact the seller immediately and notify them of the mistake, give them a couple of days to respond. They should offer to send the correct one out for free, and allow you to return the one you received for free, as it was not your error.

If you receive no response, or it is not to your satisfaction file a dispute through PayPal, which I’m assuming you paid with, and if they do not take care of the problem PayPal will refund your money.
