Those goggles You Are considering buying have a great lens for flat-light and low-light conditions. On cloudy or hazy days you want a rose colored lens, like these Smiths have. For sunny days you would want darker lens, like a persimmon colored lens with a mirror coating. I am positive Smith makes both types of lenses for that frame, so you could have the best of both worlds.
