what kind of snowboard is right for me?

i go with my school every thursday and we get an hour lesson. its my second year attempting snowboarding. the first year i missed a lot of my sessions due to school sports so im trying again this year. I have just learned to carve/turn comfortably and im really liking it. I plan to stick with it and since the rental shop here sucks azz. im going to buy a board soon. I board on groomed green trails, soon to be blue. here its usually always groomed, and im definitely not going to be in the park doing tricks anytime soon :) so something that lets me turn easy, rides on groomed trails nicely and is good for beginners. all mountain/freestyle/freeride…and some brand names. I don’t have a lot of money to spend, but im willing to save up for a board that’s going to last instead of buying a crap board. and my size board iv been using is 150

This is kinda hard because I dont know how tall You Are and how much you weigh! Longer boards are harder to turn on and shorter boards are way easier to turn on! Ultimatley making it easier to learn. You should be at least be at least 5”7″ tall if youre riding a 150. Just keep it at your chin or a little below! As far as the board goes…Reverse camber boards are easier to turn on and easier to learn on! Not to mention theyre funner. Some good brand with reverse camber are; Lib tech, Gnu, ROme, K2, DC, Burton. Im putting a couple links to some suggestions below…
