I just got over a minor cold yesterday would it be safe to go snowboarding?
I had a sore throat at first then my nose started acting up runny/congested it lasted about 4 days. I woke up yesterday feeling great my symptoms were gone. I’m planning on going snowboarding in a couple of days Im not sure if my immune system has completely recovered or if I’m at risk of getting pneumonia. I just want to make sure it’s safe to go.
yea you should be fine…ji would just recommend dressing up a little warmer then usual
