Snowboarding Knee Guards

snowboard knee hurt?

I have a lot of snowboarding. Last season Snowboarding Hurts inside my really bad knee landing a jump (I'm not sure how I land like that). Every time I fall I hit the landing at the same place. I recently hit and bruised it slightly. The other night at the park I hit him hard. Hematoma formed still no bruises over time. It is not even bruised area that hurts the most, but above. It's really swollen and hurt when someone touches something, it or bend it. I have a picture of it does not work but the black and blue look bad at all in IT and you can not see the swelling. I need to make the board in 4 days, so I'm hoping it will heal a little.
