what should I eat if I can not exercise?

Tomorrow I'll be on a bus 7:00 to 4:00 p.m.. I'll be walking late at night because I have to take a tour of the city of Quebec, but it is the only form of exercise, I'll do tomorrow. What do to say when I'm in the bus that healthy and will not make me gain weight since I can not exercise? I know that for dinner, I'll have a Veggie Delite sub subway because it as my only choice. What do to say? meal plan? another year I'll do until Monday is snowboarding, probably during 3:00 Saturday and Sunday, because it is so cold in Canada to practice that I can do much more. Remember the food I eat must be portable! I can not take food to be chilled with me on the bus!

You should not change much you diet, daily exercise and holidays. Maybe just a little less carbs than your body will not need all the fuel to get through your workout. But from the sound of it you will excersing. Snowboarding and walking are great exercises. But if you must bring food for a few hours I would wear almonds (or any other nut, unsalted), protein shakes or portable bars, bananas (or other fruit) or a chicken salad laptop. Drink plenty of water. It can help curb cravings for a while.
