Snowboarding San Diego Area

Ladies I need help! Girlfriends birthday is coming up. I’d like to “WOW” her.?

The two of us are in our mid 20’s.. Both are paying off school debts and just getting by.
I’d like to make her day one to remember. She’s usually creative with my bday; i’d like to do the same for her. I’d just like some ideas without digging my hole deeper. I have about a week to prepare.
Live in San Diego area. I’m gonna say a $200 limit. $300 if necessary. But the more creative the better. Right now i have this necklace she broke a while back, and i’m having it fixed and ill give that to her. It has sentimental value to it. So what should i get her and where should i take her?
She likes food, wine, casino buffets, fishing, skydiving, surfing, snowboarding, adventures..
I was thinking of taking her out to Julian for a piece of their awesome apple pies and some lunch. From there sit on a fishing boat in the middle of the lake and fish, just her and me.
Any other ideas would help out alot. Thank you!

I would take her to a nearby beach or park for a picnic dinner under the stars. Just spread out a blanket and her favorite food (takeaway or you can cook), some good wine and some quality time together. Most woman love this sort of thing and it is inexpensive but extremely romantic. If a guy did this for me I would be blown away.
