Sprained Knee Snowboarding

sprained knee snowboarding
I was injured my knee Monday and snowboarding, what are the signs of a torn ligament?

I got jumping, snowboarding and broke my knee, I felt something snap everything in my knee. I can walk on it now with stabilizer without crutches 3 days later, but it is still swollen and feels unstable, I have an MRI soon, it's their way I can findout if I tore a ligament? is in any way or if signs could be just a sprain? thank you

Sounds like a low level ACL tear my friend. I'd say you have checked before you go snowboarding again, because if you go snowboarding with a torn ACL it will make your recovery time longer. Here are the symptoms: The symptoms of torn ACL: The knee can cause quite a hit when the LCA is torn and there may be a popping sound through injury. Symptoms of a torn ACL knee pain, swelling, stiffness and bruising. Walking is painful and the knee feels unstable. The feeling of instability is caused by the bones in the knee too far (which may cause cartilage damage). Well no luck and hope you get better.
