Toe Injuries From Snowboarding

tailbone injury?
Total Snowboarding Wipeout Wednesday – at the top of the mountain, of course – bad bad! Rode down with my board feet and stopped for the day. I feel good, if I take some Motrin and lay people. From what I read, it is a lesion Typical of the coccyx. I do not want to bellyache about it – I want to know if someone who has been through this to find ways to exercise (without pain atrocious) or stay in shape? I wonder if a little swimming will work … I can not stand the idea of doing nothing and my workouts Typical is not yet
I broke my tailbone last year. Very painful, and it was such a long-lasting damage. I went to the doctor, and after several X-rays, they realized the tip of the coccyx was broken. They said they could not really do much. They did, however, gives me pillow donut. Late as it may seem, it gave me so much relief. I could barely sit on regular sofas or stuffed chairs, but with the pillow, I could sit anywhere. I would really recommend you get a donut pillow. In addition, toe touches seems to help much. The exercise was painful, especially jumping and running. I would just advise you to continue taking Motrin, and be sure to stretch a lot.
